Ian is the companies Principal Consultant. Ian is a Professional Quantity Surveyor, he holds a Magister Scientiae Degree in the Built Environment specialising in Property Economics and Valuation. Ian is also a Professional Member of the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors, a Professional Construction Project Manager with the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions, a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and acts as a Expert Witness in Mediation, Arbitration, Adjudication and Litigation. Ian is also recognised as an expert Mediator and Adjudicator.

Lazola is the Assessor, with a BTech Quantity Surveying qualification, as well as other qualifications/courses having been obtained, pertinent to the built environment such as Advanced Project Management and Property Development and Investment. He is a registered Professional Quantity Surveyor (PrQS) with the South African Council of Quantity Surveyors.

Paul is a Professional Quantity Surveyor, he holds a National Diploma in Building from Walter Sisulu University for Technology and Science, as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree Majoring in Quantity Surveying from the University of the Free State. Paul is also a Professional Member of the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors. He is a  registered Professional Quantity Surveyor (PrQS) with the South African Council of Quantity Surveyors.

Nathan is a Candidate Quantity Surveyor, he holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Economics, as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree Honours in Quantity Surveying, both from Nelson Mandela University.

Danika has Nineteen years’ experience in the Insurance Industry. She is an experienced desktop assessor. Danika is the backbone of the office and administers all claims and communication.

Diane has 33 year working experience and is the happy face in our front office. She is also our accounts and procurement manager.
