Pacific Adjusters, established in 1992, operate from the Provinces centrally placed River Port City of East London, South Africa. We are part of and work from the professional Quantity Surveying company, QSS, and as such, have a unique ability to call on these professionals to assist.

We are on Santam’s GIT panel, their Complex Claims panel, Legal and General panel. Certain marine claims have also been done for Santam. We do regular work directly for Bryte and Old Mutual Insure, being on their panel as well. As well a Brolink, Frontline, Hollard and Mutual & Federal.

We are conversant with general burglary and theft claims, liability claims, fire, and complex claims. Other than the major insurers above, the balance of our work comes from claims handling companies and other smaller insurers and broker schemes
