Pacific Adjusters

After the establishment of Pacific Adjusters in 1992 and some critical changes being made in 2004, the company has strengthened into a professional firm of standing, establishing itself as a well supported and trusted, loss adjusting firm in the region, by the major and some of the smaller Insurers.

Our clients are the Insurance Industry, where we do and have represented all major Insurers as well as various broker schemes, in both General Assessing, Marine and Motor Assessments, each being dealt with, by appropriately qualified individuals.

Pacific Adjusters covers a large area in the Eastern Cape, being based centrally in the Province, at the river port city of East London. Pacific Adjusters are on occasion, appointed out of their normal operating region, by an Insurer, due to their trust in us and our unique abilities with certain types of claims.

We are members of the Institute of Loss Adjusters and Institute of Motor Assessors, we operate within their code of conduct & conform easily with their professional requirements, our work is both accurate and fair, our service is prompt.
